If this does happen, the lawyer advises the owner of the car to offer compensation to the company that seized the car. In case of refusal, you will have to go to court, but do not count on large sums – up to a thousand rubles for immaterial damage.
At the same time, he recalled that they can take the car to the impound if the driver left it in a place where parking is prohibited. For example, a car can be picked up if it is parked further than the second row or at a pedestrian crossing, but also if there is a sign ‘Towing works’.
