Deputy Chairman of the State Duma of the Liberal Democratic Party Boris Chernyshov proposed to provide and release preferential car loans of the payment of transport tax for two years for all buyers of new cars manufactured in the territory of the Russian Federation.
This will make the purchase of cars produced by us more attractive to Russians, they will lose interest in European brands, which are now actively offered by resellers and speculators.
And it will also support our auto industry: factories will work and the state will receive taxes on production.
He outlined all this in letters to the Federal Antimonopoly Office and the Ministry of Industry and Commerce.
In addition, the letter states that part of the factories of car manufacturers that have left Russia should be given to Chinese brands, and the assembly of domestic cars should be organized on the other.
