AvtoVAZ plans to resume production of the Lada Largus commercial model in September 2023 at the Togliatti plant.
Largus production has been halted several times since April this year due to a shortage of parts. Production resumed in July – 1.8 thousand cars rolled off the assembly line, assembled from components collected during the standstill.
“We plan to expand our car production line: both Vesta cars and traditional cars for the LCV Largus class from September next year, we are also working on new car models, including the creation of our own domestic electric car usage.” – shared the president of the company Maxim Sokolov.
AVTOVAZ previously announced plans to restart production of Lada Largus before the end of 2022, but it has now become clear that the deadlines have been postponed.
