Foreign partners of the Kaliningrad Avtotor really want to return, and here they are ready to wait, said the governor of the Kaliningrad region Anton Alikhanov.
Recall that before all kinds of sanctions on “Avtotor” produced BMW, Kia and Hyundai models.
“… they are losing a hugely promising market and could, on the contrary, take an ever-increasing share in the absence of competitors. For them, of course, this is a very serious economic loss of opportunities that have arisen for them. I think they will do everything they can to be first at the start of the return,” he said.
However, to wait without working, the enterprise is not ready and will certainly communicate with other partners.
According to Alikhanov, it will be possible to assemble up to 100,000 cars next year by agreement with new partners.
