The electric crossover is equipped with 15-inch vertical touch multimedia based on Android Automotive OS. The NVIDIA Drive computing platform is responsible for the operation of the car’s electronic systems and collects data from various sensors and cameras, among other things so that safety systems and autonomous driving functions work together with the Luminar lidar.

The BMW M2 in the G87 body differs from the previous generation with headlights with side plugs in the lower right corner, a new body kit and a larger body, as well as an engine boost. Now the twin-turbocharged inline three-liter “six” develops 460 hp. (550 Nm) – this is 90 units more power than the first generation M2.
At the same time, the engine of the new coupe turned out to be 10 forces more powerful than the most sporty version of the previous generation (CS).
In the second generation, the coupe retained rear-wheel drive with drift mode and a 6-speed manual transmission (8-speed “automatic” will also be available). The first “hundred” with a manual gearbox accelerates to the coupe in 4.3 seconds, the version with automatic transmission is 0.2 seconds faster. Sales of the new products will begin in April 2023 at a price of $63.2k.
The first “electric jeep”
Jeep also has the first electric car to become the most compact model in the brand’s lineup. The model was called the Avenger with a 156 hp electric motor. (260 Nm) and a 54 kWh battery allow you to drive up to 400 kilometers according to the WLTP measuring cycle (characterized by ideal weather conditions and road surface quality).
Despite the fact that the electric Avenger was only front-wheel drive, the car was equipped with a drive mode selection system (“Mud”, “Sand”, “Snow” and others) from all-wheel drive models of the brand. .
All versions of the Avenger have a 10-inch center display paired with a digital instrument cluster. Autonomous driving features include adaptive cruise control, lane keeping, traffic jam assist, and more.
Jeep expects the Avenger to be the brand’s best-selling model by 2024.
The car, which will be produced in Poland from the spring of next year, is planned to be sold in Europe, Japan and South Korea.
Chopped Citroen
The Citroen Oli electric car still appears as a concept show car in its creation, where the French company has applied its skills to simplify and reduce the cost of the car. The whimsical design of the city car, with its cut-out parts and a vertical windshield, is reminiscent of Lego cars.
It is expected that the 90° angled glass will prevent sunlight from entering the cabin and reduce the energy consumption of the air conditioner.
The Oli has a 40 kWh battery rated for 400 km and a top speed of 110 km/h. The company claims that the concept, which weighs 1 ton, uses a simple design, for example, in a car there is a minimum of electrical wiring, no sound insulation and power windows, the driver’s phone plays the role of multimedia.
Oli has many unified components: replaceable fender extensions, identical doors, bumper elements and other details. The solutions developed on the concept can be used in the serial production of the brand.
Seventh Mustang
The iconic Ford Mustang changed generations eight years after the previous one came out. The new seventh-generation sports car will go on sale in the summer of 2023. According to Ford, the car retains a rear-wheel drive and rear-shifted cabin, but other than that, it’s brand new.
The new Ford Mustang will be offered in coupe and convertible body types.
The engine range includes a 2.3-litre 4-cylinder petrol turbo engine and a naturally aspirated 5.0-litre V8.

Ford calls the Mustang’s interior the most technologically advanced in model history, noting that the multimedia visualization was developed on the Unreal Engine 3D video game engine.
Ferrari’s first crossover
Ferrari has long distanced itself from crossovers, and its late president Sergio Marchionne said Maranello will produce SUVs “just above my dead body”. However, he is no longer at the head of the concern, and the Italian brand introduced the model for him, which got the name FUV – Ferrari Utility Vehicle.
The innovation was called the Purosangue (“thoroughbred stallion”), it was the first factory Ferrari with four side doors.
The car received a naturally aspirated 6.5-liter V12 with a capacity of 725 hp. (716 Nm) is located within the wheelbase. The same engine is installed in the Ferrari 812 Superfast. Traction is transmitted to all wheels via an eight-speed “robot” with two clutches mounted on the rear axle.

In the basic version, the car is equipped with a 10.2 kWh battery and is capable of driving up to 128 km. With 18.4 kWh batteries, the range has been increased to 220 kilometers. The curb weight of the machine is 840 kg. The maximum configuration includes an engine with a capacity of 34 hp. and all-wheel drive, the options list included a media system with a nine-inch touchscreen, air conditioning and leather seats.
Jaguar bids farewell to petrol engines
Jaguar will be working with electric-only models in three years, and the upcoming model year will be the last of petrol-powered F-Type coupes and convertibles. To bid farewell to a model without a direct successor and to celebrate the 75th anniversary of Jaguar sports cars (in tribute to the original XK120 launched in 1948), the British brand introduced the F-Type 75.
