Yuri Loza wrote on his VKontakte page that he was fined 5,000 rubles for half an hour of parking near the hospital.

The musician wondered if there should be signs with the number of the parking lot on the posts along the road, or is this optional?

And the second reasonable question is about the inconsistency of fines with the seriousness of the offense.

“Why do we have a fine of 500 rubles for speeding dangerous to people (ed.: we are talking about exceeding the speed by 20-40 km/h), and even with a half discount, and for a “short stop” they beat ten times more? Where’s the logic?”

In the comments, they wrote to him, among other things, that perhaps it is not worth looking for logic everywhere.
