New cars imported by car dealers before February 24 are running out and could disappear from the market completely, says expert Denis Reshetnikov. The range for 2023 will be supplemented with Chinese, Iranian and Indian brands.

Car dealers selling Volvo, Skoda, Volkswagen, Mazda, as well as premium Jaguar, Land Rover, Audi and BMW are bearing the biggest losses, says Denis Reshetnikov, a representative of Fresh Auto car dealers.

According to Reshetnikov, some of these brands are imported via parallel imports, but in piece quantities: from China, Japan and the United Arab Emirates.

Now many specialists from Western brands have switched to Chinese companies. This will certainly lead to a higher level of customer service, says Alexei Makarov, Director of Development and Corporate Governance of the Nizhegorodets Group of Companies.
