A car owner from Siberia found a “pair” of his car in the Kuban, informs Telegram channel Kub Mash.
Three years ago, an Angarsk resident discovered on the Internet that his Nissan car had allegedly been sold and moved to Sochi, although it was still near his home. There were fines for the car from the Kuban, the car was confiscated.
The driver found that the white Nissan X-Trail from Sochi was a clone of his car from Angarsk – the crossovers had the same license plate and VIN number. But the Siberian woman learned that, according to the documents, the cars are still different – her Nissan is equipped with a gasoline engine, and “double” diesel from the south.
As Kub Mash points out, the Irkutsk police have been considering a criminal case for several months and do not believe that two different cars were involved in the case.
