To solve violations of the rules for parking personal vehicles in the city districts of the Moscow region, parkons are now on duty. Special vehicles equipped with special mobile complexes record all facts of illegal parking in 42 residential complexes.

In the Ministry of Transport of the Moscow Region, such control measures are explained by the fact that often improper parking leads to difficulties in the passage of emergency services to apartment buildings, and sometimes interferes with the passage of buses.
Parkons operate daily in residential complexes in 13 city districts.
The device has a fixation zone (area of the prohibition sign). When entering the control zone, the device automatically turns on and records the number plates of vehicles that are in the control zone.
