In 2022, more than 3.7 billion rubles will be allocated to support Russian enterprises – the corresponding order has already been signed by Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin, the website explains.rf reports. In comparison, last year 1 billion rubles was allocated to regional industrial development programs and 25 regions received subsidies.
Who exactly gets money from the state? The regions are determined based on the results of the competitive selection of industrial development programs. In order to receive a subsidy, a company must meet a number of conditions.
For example, new jobs have to be created in the context of each project. Moreover, state financing is only possible if private investors are also willing to invest in modernizing production.
And grants are spent on investment projects to modernize factories and factories. In particular, the costs of new equipment are reimbursed, lease payments are reimbursed and utilities are paid.
Subsidies allow companies to reduce the cost of modernizing capacities, stimulate investment activity in the regions and increase competitiveness in various industries.
- At the beginning of April, the Ministry of Industry and Trade, the Ministry of Economy and the Ministry of Finance wanted to recommend the government to invest 30 billion rubles in the production of universal car parts.
