The survey participants answered the question which arguments they find most important when buying tires of a particular brand. During the survey, it was allowed to indicate several answers at once.
What guides Russian car owners when choosing tires, experts from Avtostat found out.
Based on personal experience 68.9% survey participants, preliminarily studying information on the Internet, articles, reviews – 37.5%trust the recommendations of friends 30.6%study tire tests 21.8%trusted by automotive industry experts 21.4%.
Follow the manufacturer’s recommendations (primarily tire size) – almost 25%. And only one in ten trusts sellers’ opinions (9.9%).
The question about tires in general, without reference to the season, was asked online in October 2022. More than 3,000 people participated.
