The National Industrial Information Agency (NAPI) shared its basic forecast for the development of events in the Russian car market, according to which sales of new passenger cars will reach 670,000 units next year.
NAPI believes that AVTOVAZ will be able to realize the production plan of 400,000 vehicles by only 70% (according to the pessimistic scenario – by 57%).
At least 210,000 Chinese brand cars will be sold in Russia.
Approximately 35,000 vehicles will be sold from the refurbished plant in Moskvich, of which 5,000 will be electric vehicles.
Evolute electric cars can be sold at least 10,000 units.
NAPI analysts assumed in their forecasts that the sanctions against the Russian Federation will remain in force until the end of next year.
