“Regardless of the fact that the teenager was under 18 years old at the time of purchase, they had every right to sell the car to him. The minor is still, although not fully capable, but this can be called a household transaction,” explained the lawyer.

So by buying a car in his own name, he became the owner. There are no violations here, the car was roughly sold as a pile of iron, and he took it and started riding it, Radko said.
