In the Kuban, a drunk driver trying to escape from the traffic police crashed into a company car, overturning the road sign. informs Main Directorate of the Krasnodar Territory of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia.
The VAZ-2110 driver did not stop at the request of the traffic police to check the documents, the chase began. On one of the central streets of Belorechensk, the police tried to pull the followed car to the side of the road, but the driver collided with a traffic police patrol car and continued on his way.
On one of the bends, the violator hit the “Pedestrian crossing” road sign at high speed and stopped. The man tried to escape but was arrested. Behind the wheel was a 20-year-old resident of the Republic of Adygea with about three months of driving experience. The car turned out to belong to his brother, the violator was not included in the OSAGO policy.
Traffic inspectors prepared protocols in accordance with four articles of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation. A person was deprived of his license for one year for leaving the scene of the accident, documents related to other items are still being evaluated in court.
