In the daytime, a 15-year-old schoolboy rode a snowmobile tied to a Zhiguli with a rope. The car was driven by an unlicensed 18-year-old driver. At one point, the car skidded off and the snowmobile crashed into an oncoming Toyota Corolla. As a result of the blows he received, the young man died at the scene.

The investigators filed a criminal case under paragraph “c” of Part 4 of Art. 264 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (violation of traffic rules and negligent operation of the car by an unlicensed driver, resulting in the death of a person). The father of an 18-year-old man turned out to be the owner of Zhiguli, he is facing a fine of 30 thousand rubles for transferring control to a driver who has no rights.
