In honor of this event, a special appearance of Hunter was prepared in Ulyanovsk, stylized in part as the first version of the SUV. Even its official name is UAZ-469 “Anniversary Series”. From the “goat” they took a double rear door and folding benches in the trunk. Along with the long-known metal roof, an Old Testament canopy on a frame was added to the package. Like the ancestor, the car has no ABS and a zero eco-class engine (albeit with injection): such an ironic coincidence was presented by the reality of 2022.
Everything else is conditionally modern. Powerful bumpers, running boards, wheels and a winch are carried over from the current special expedition series. They didn’t put a roof rack on the roof, but a snorkel. The body, together with the metal front panel of the cabin, is covered with a matte black Raptor. There are heated seats and contrast red stitching throughout the cabin.
A total of 50 commemorative 469s will be made.
