Chevrolets of the mass segment from Uzbekistan are sold as used, but the cars are new, the mileage is small – from 30 to 1.5 thousand km, official dealers offer them more often and even give a guarantee.
It is clear that these cars were brought in under the parallel import scheme, since Uzavtomotors has not officially supplied cars to our country since March, fearing secondary sanctions. In fact, the Russian corporate distributor “Keles Rus” in Russia does not work, even the Russian website is closed.
Nevertheless, there are new cars to be found, but the prices bite. So for example on the popular marketplace for the Nexia sedan 2022 they ask from 867,000 thousand to 1,149,000 rubles. The car has a 1.5 liter engine (106 hp), manual or automatic gearbox (optional).
When Uzavtomotors cars were still presented in Russia, the model line included three models: Cobalt and Nexia sedans and Spark hatchback.
Now the “used”, but in fact brand new Chevrolet Spark III (restyling) is also presented online from 1,013,000 rubles (1.3, 85 hp, automatic), and the seller offers a warranty until 2025, and Chevrolet Cobalt II restyling – from 1 million 199 thousand rubles (1.5, 106 hp with automatic transmission). The final car has a claimed mileage of just 17 km.
