A large-scale review has been released that examines the consumer loyalty index (NPS) in relation to winter niches – that is, just the likelihood that you will like the tires enough to recommend them to others. The top ten was led by the Yokohama brand with a score of 74.6%. Second place was shared by Continental and Michelin (73.3% each).
Goodyear tires (71.2%) and Bridgestone (70.4%) also passed the 70% mark. Nokian winter tires also showed a fairly high NPS result – they showed 68.8%, which is also considered a fairly high figure. And four more brands are in the top 10, but have results in the range of 50-60%: Pirelli (58.6%), Hankook (57.4%), Nordman (51.8%) and Cordiant (50.2%).
