The most common violation of traffic rules by motorists in Moscow was speeding at 20-40 km/h, the capital’s traffic police shared statistics. At the same time, the National Traffic Inspectorate does not publish any data on the total number of orders issued and the amount of the fines.
In second place in terms of frequency of violations is non-compliance with requirements for signs and markings. Violation of the rules for the use of seat belts and motorcycle helmets put the traffic police in third place.
Also in the top five most common traffic offenses from January through October was a violation of vehicle placement rules on the roadway. And the anti-rating closes the violation of the rules for using the phone.
