In recent decades, crash test technology has made several leaps forward, which has dramatically changed the automotive industry – cars have become much safer thanks to new design methods, materials and systems. However, each design has a limit, and it is very easy to go over it – it is enough to accelerate the car to a serious speed.

Popular European bloggers from YouTube channel Vilebrequin have literally put a BMW 5 Series Touring in the iconic E39 body in a concrete cube. If your French isn’t perfect, here’s a hint: the fun starts at 4:53 PM.

While accelerating to the indicated 150 km/h, a second car drives alongside.

From there, one of the participants in the experiment controls the machine remotely via a remote control and VR glasses that show what is happening in the “shell” that is quickly being forgotten… As Gleb Samoilov of The Matrixx sings: “no one survived, no one died.”

  • Another unexpected thing: the world’s first accident “woman” appeared.
  • “Behind the wheel” can be read in Odnoklassniki.
