The revival of the Moskvich car plant will take place in three phases over a period of 6 years:
- Phase 1: from November to December 2022, the car plant started SKD assembly (DKD) of Moskvich 3 cars and electric vehicles with a gradual increase in the share of localization;
- Stage 2: from 2023, a small-scale assembly (CKD) will be launched in parallel with DKD and the level of localization will increase by attracting a larger pool of Russian auto parts suppliers;

In 2023, the plant will assemble a minimum of 50,000 vehicles with SKD technology, including 10,000 vehicles with an electric motor, and in 2024 a minimum of 100,000 vehicles, including 20,000 vehicles with an electric motor.
At the same time, 50% of this volume will be produced using SKD technology, another 50% – using SKD technology.
