You get to choose two dishes from the following menu:

The Wild Side of Life Wild venison rack with a juniper berry crust accompanied by crispy panko coated carrots and young potatoes. Delish!   Hobby chef & Sous-chef: Stephen & Helen   Location: Cordova @ Carrall

The Transparent Pig Take a bite of Porchetta, a butterflied and rolled pork shoulder roast that is cut into rounds. Served with wild mushroom fagioli (beans & mushrooms).   Hobby chef & Sous-chef: Evan & Degan   Location: Powell @ Carrall

A Trip Through Italy Your travels start with Panna Caprese - toasted baguette with basil, roma tomato, bocconcini & olive oil. The main course features a whitefish filet with lemon vodka cream sauce served with sautéed kale and toasted pine nuts. Duckman A whole duck, filled with homemade duck, chicken liver and pork shoulder pâté which gets wrapped in pastry, and is then baked to perfection. Enjoy a slice of heaven atop carrot purée with red quinoa and roasted pearl onions. Kinda like a high-end duck wellington, but less 80's and more awesome. You get to try two different dishes and enjoy dessert at the Social Bites Hot Spot location. When you choose your dishes, please note the order they are in. For example the selection Dish # 1 / Dish # 2 / Social Bites Hot Spot means you'll first visit Stephen & Helen to have a wild time while enjoying some tasty venison. Then you are invited to hobby chef Evan and sous-chef Degan for their 100% transparent pork dish. Lastly, you’ll join all dinner guests and hobby chefs at the Social Bites Hot Spot, Trees Organic Coffee where we'll be tasting some delicious cheesecakes. 

Dinner passes need to be purchased in pairs. You can submit up to three dinner excursion choices. We’ll check availability and you’ll receive a confirmation/payment request email from PayPal outlining which choice has been reserved for you.

**Please note that this is a BYOB event. Hobby chefs are not expected to serve alcoholic beverages with their dishes. They may choose to do so but we suggest that you bring your own drinks if you wish to have a glass with your meal.***
